GK Machine uses CAD renderings, CNC programming, laser operations and quality control processes to produce the best possible product for our customers. We have the ability to make parts that are repeatable and accurate using the most common materials. Whether your project includes plates, sheet metal, pipe, tube, channels or special extrusions with aluminum, stainless steel and steel, we are a fully capable welding fabrication facility.

While some companies might shy away from over-sized projects, GK Machine can handle parts up to 20 tons. With quick turnaround times and thorough quality control testing, GK can fabricate and weld heavy products quickly, all while meeting or exceeding the toughest industry standards. GK has several 10 ton bridge cranes and dozens of 1 ton jib cranes to easily move, form and fabricate some of the largest jobs in the industry. 

Part making is another of our primary services and areas of expertise. GK can handle large sized metal parts, pieces and full assemblies. High cutting speeds, precision fabrication and easy material handling this enables us to maximize production output.


At GK Machine, we have made significant investments in our technology and new equipment. With the latest machinery, we can machine and fabricate custom equipment and parts of varying sizes, complexities and tolerances. We believe technology is only as good as the people using it. GK’s new Tank Roller is integrated with an automatic welding machine to help us deliver maximum productivity with tank and cone processing. Our top-of-the-line ESAB system is a heavy-duty combination form roller and automatic welding machine. With multiple functions in a single machine, there’s no need for complex fixtures, multiple setups, or moving work pieces from station to station which maximizes productivity and profitability for your project.

The new Fit-Up Roller system with an integrated ESAB cab welding system and allows GK Machine to weld large tanks safely and efficiently. This new machine is capable of reducing weld time by 30 percent, and with more consistency than manual welders. The Fit-Up Roller system is all hydraulic making it very simple for the operator to fit up tanks and to individually adjusts the rollers. The hydraulic system helps keep the tank round with tight seams.

GK offers metal-cutting, bending and forming services that use CNC hydraulic press brakes, tooling and full CAD/CAM capabilities in the same facility where we offer machining, welding, fabrication and metal-cutting. Our wide range of bending tools can accommodate everything from the simplest to the most complex bends for your fabrication project. 

GK offers punching services and are able to create multiple shaped holes, custom perforation, perforated and grating screens for processing machinery and heavy metal materials.
